Frequently Asked Questions

We offer Standard Shipping on all orders. Delivery takes 4-5 business days for orders within India, and 12-15 business days for international orders.

Shipping is free on all orders above ₹2,999. For orders below ₹2,999, a flat shipping charge of ₹200 applies.

Yes, we ship internationally. International orders typically arrive within 12-15 business days. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also check your order status anytime through your account dashboard.

If you'd like to return or exchange an item, contact Customer Care within 30 days of receiving your parcel by emailing connectluxehome@gmail.com. We respond within 24 hours. Requests placed after 30 days are not eligible, and merchandise bought on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return or exchange request is approved, we arrange a reverse pickup from your shipping address — most are completed within 48 hours. If reverse pickup isn't available at your pincode, we'll ask you to ship the items back to our Jaipur warehouse using a courier with a tracking number, to reach us within 10 days of requesting the return.

Items must be unused and unwashed, in their original condition, with original packaging and all labels and tags intact. Returns that have been used or arrive without original packaging or tags cannot be accepted.

Once your returned product is received and passes our quality check, the refund is transferred to your bank account within 4-7 working days. Shipping fees and gift services (if any) are non-refundable.

We send the replacement once we receive your return shipment. If the replacement costs more, we'll send you a payment link for the balance; if it costs less, we'll transfer the difference to you. Exchanges are limited to one time only.
